Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

As of the customer rights act 2015 the following states the right you hold as a customer.

The customer has the right to cancel their order for physical goods within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email to alexsummerscales.24astar@gmail.com.

If a customer decides to exercise their right to cancel an item, the product must be returned to 24AStar in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, ensuring all seals and wrappings are intact.

If the order has order being fulfilled and is on its way to the customer and you would like to cancel the order. You must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund, excluding original delivery costs.

Orders for Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been delivered (e.g., via download link, granted access to a members only page, or other accessible points), we cannot offer a refund. When you purchase a digital product you waiver your rights to cancellation, so please ensure you understand this before making your purchase.

Exceptions:

We may make exceptions to our cancellation policy in certain circumstances, such as if the goods are faulty or not as described. Please contact alexsummerscales.24astar@gmail.com to discuss possible options.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this cancellation policy.
