Purchasing and pricing
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the Customer's use of the 'Store' section of this website, as well as the purchase of digital and physical products through the Shop. We kindly ask you to read these Terms thoroughly. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Shop. Our store and website are powered by Squarespace, which offers us the online platform to sell our products and services to you.
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service, which are contingent on product availability and price confirmation.A contract between the Customer and 24AStar will be established when 24AStar charges the Customer's credit or debit card, or PayPal account, for the product purchase.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province.
You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorised purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service (including, but not limited to, copyright laws). You must not transmit any harmful code, viruses, or worms. Breaches of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
Discount or coupon codes are only applicable as advertised on our website, and only one discount code can be applied at checkout. For details regarding the validity of these codes, please contact alexsummerscales.24astar@gmail.com. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at any time.
We may offer discount codes from time to time, but no more than one (1) discount code may be used per transaction.
In the event that 24AStar needs to change the price of an item due to an error, the following conditions will apply. 24AStar will promptly inform the Customer of the adjustment and the correct price. The Customer will then have the choice to either continue with their order at the revised price or cancel it. If the Customer opts to cancel their order after payment has been made, 24AStar will provide a full refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
24AStar reserve the right to withhold access to the Services if any fees have not been cleared by our payment providers.
Delivery of products & shipping
At 24AStar we sell both physical and digital products which require different shipping requirements.
Physical products
For our physical products, The product prices displayed on this website do not include delivery and shipping fees, except for the Total Price shown in the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which encompasses these charges.
The Price of delivery can be subject to change with no prior notice being given. For our latest price of deliver please view the price given for shipping when an item is in our stores “Cart”.
We ship via Royal Mail to deliver our products, we only ship our physical products to the United Kingdom and the USA. All items are sent via Recorded Delivery, meaning a signature is required upon delivery. By purchasing physical products from 24AStar, you authorise us to transact with Royal Mail on your behalf, this could mean, your necessary data could be provided to Royal mail to fulfil your shipping order. If you would like to know more please view our privacy policy.
By purchasing a product it informs 24AStar that they can use Royal Mail as our courier service. You acknowledge that you shall have no recourse or right to any compensation from 24AStar in relation to delayed, lost, damaged or stolen products.
All physical products purchased on www.24AStar.com will be delivered to the address the customer provides us with.
Our obligations end once we provide the product to Royal Mail for shipping. 24AStar are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or theft once the package is with Royal Mail. If your item is delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen, you agree to seek relief directly from Royal Mail and accept personal responsibility if not covered under their terms.
Customers should be aware that international shipments may be opened and inspected by Customs authorities. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or handling fees that may arise upon delivery to their country.
Digital products
If you were to purchase one of our digital products via our website then we go through certain steps to ensure your items are received.
First, you must create an account with 24AStar. By signing up and creating an account you are agreeing to 24AStars Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Once you have created an account, you are then able to make a one time purchase to purchase a product of the products you wish to purchase.
Once the product has been purchased, you will then be granted access to a members only page for that product where you can then access the products you have bought.
If you were to purchase the superstars package, then we require a name and address. This is to ensure we send your package to the right person and address. With the superstars package, it is a recurring yearly subscription and we will send you a reminder 15 days before your next renewal date. The superstars package will be accessed via a members only page where they can access all of their digital resources.

Cancellation policy
As of the customer rights act 2015 the following states the right you hold as a customer.
The customer has the right to cancel their order for physical goods within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email to alexsummerscales.24astar@gmail.com.
If a customer decides to exercise their right to cancel an item, the product must be returned to 24AStar in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, ensuring all seals and wrappings are intact.
If the order has order being fulfilled and is on its way to the customer and you would like to cancel the order. You must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund, excluding original delivery costs.

Orders for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been delivered (e.g., via download link, file or other accessible points), we cannot offer a refund. When you purchase a digital product you waiver your rights to cancellation, so please ensure you understand this before making your purchase.
Exceptions:
We may make exceptions to our cancellation policy in certain circumstances, such as if the goods are faulty or not as described. Please contact alexsummerscales.24astar@gmail.com to discuss possible options.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this cancellation policy.

Materials provided to the website
